Love this hotel on so many levels! Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great amenities. We will definitely repeat our stays here. 1. Great Location - so near to so many shopping places, just a walking distance from grand indonesia, plaza indonesia, thamrin city. It’s also quite centre and easy to reach to other shopping and places of interest via grab. 2. Friendly staff - every staff was so attentive to our needs esp our housekeepers. Always thoughtful in providing great services and attentive. We felt well taken care during our stay. 3. Spacious rooms - the rooms are great for families and very spacious. Love the kitchenette area and there’s also washing machine. 4. Great amenities - the pool, the gym and spa are fantastic. Easily accessible, clean and professional.

We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at Ascott Jakarta. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made all the difference. A special shoutout to the amazing guest officers — Mr. Jordan, Mr. Rizky, Mr. Vicky, and Miss Anissa — who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Aidil from housekeeping and the rest of the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless and comfortable every day. The location is unbeatable — Ascott is surrounded by several major malls, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Grab and GoCar rides were also very easy to access, making it simple to get around the city. We highly recommend Ascott Jakarta for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and service-oriented place to stay in the heart of the city. Thank you once again for the wonderful experience!

Check in and check out was easy :) The apartment was very spacious and clean! Facilities provided in the apartment was more than satisfying and staffs are very helpful e.g. one staff helped fixed damaged luggage tire for free and many times the security at the exit gate helped us cross the streets from and to Grand Indonesia countless times :D Location was perfect as it was located between Thamrin City (local goods, restaurants, mini marts) and Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia (luxury goods, restaurants, supermarkets). Perfect stay in the city!

My daughter and I were extremely happy and contented with our 3D 2N stay in Ascott Jakarta. Our room was upgraded from studio to premium and we were taken aback by the gesture from basically all staffs of the hotel. From front counter,concierge, room service and restaurant, they were all very friendly people. We were blessed that our stay turned out to be one of the memorable ones. Ascott Jakarta is so accessible to Grand Indonesia Mall and that makes the trip even better. We will definitely come back and recommend Ascott Jakarta to our family and friends. The location is definitely a major plus—Ascott is perfectly situated between Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City, both just a 2-minute walk away. Plaza Indonesia is also within walking distance. Tanah Abang is nearby as well; although it's close, we opted to take a Grab for convenience. My family and I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was very convenient and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making our stay even more comfortable. The service at the hotel was excellent. The concierge was very helpful in providing directions, and the security guards even assisted us in crossing the road—something we truly appreciated. Another lovely touch was the beautiful scent in the lobby—it made walking in feel warm and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, we were within walking distance of major shopping centres and it didn't take us long to get anywhere by car. The staff were incredibly friendly. Our 3 bedroom apartment was superb. The gym was spacious and had just enough equipment. Breakfast was delicious. The service I received in the beauty salon was amazing and the service provided by the Spa was just what I needed on our last day.

Such a pleasant stay, the staffs were always welcoming and nice. Us family would always end up in ascott no matter what. Definitely will come back soon!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby ambience was nice, while waiting to check in, my group can wait with free coffee... a pleasure. Came in a group of five, the room is superb and comfortable for our group, basically beyond our expectation. The location is great.

My stay in the spacious Ascott Hotel Residence apartment on the 20th floor was exceptional. Even as a single occupant, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, well-appointed living room, and luxurious, large bathroom; room service, housekeeping, and laundry services were excellent, and all areas were impeccably maintained. The residence provided a comfortable and home-like experience, and I plan to utilize the property for both short-term and extended stays in the future. The convenient proximity to Grand Indonesia Mall, Hyatt Aryaduta Hotel, and Kempinski Hotel Plaza Indonesia was a significant advantage.❤️
